A Riverhead Family Business, Still Run by the Family
Pine Tree opened on Roanoke Avenue in 1963 and has cared for Riverhead children ever since. Today the Carr family owns and operates the center, and you will meet them here — at drop-off, on tours, and in the classrooms.
Some of the children in our rooms are the grandchildren of children we once cared for. That continuity shapes how we teach, who we hire, and the promises we keep to families.
